AUDIENCE - FAQ’s

HOW DO I GET TICKETS TO THE EVENT?
TAKE NOTICE PEOPLE - tickets are limited & will be available soon! So make sure you reserve yours before they disappear. Simply fill out the Audience Registration Form to jump ahead of the queue.

HOW MUCH DO THE TICKETS COST?
Mini Mogul is a completely FREE event. Please do not pay for or buy tickets via online auctions or 'days out' sites as these are counterfeit and will NOT gain you access into the event. We take this matter very seriously, anyone who is found to be selling/advertising their allocation will instantly make them void. If you have bought or know anyone advertising our exclusive FREE tickets for sale, we would very much like to hear from you.

ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
No. Everyone is welcome but young people under the ages of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult. We do not recommend that audience members bring very young children as this is an evening event and will finish @ approx 10:00pm.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?
We advise members of the audience to arrive as early as you can before the doors open. If your ticket/eticket clearly states 'Priority Pass' then YOU MUST report to the Mini Mogul Audience Manager who will be located at the entrance. As the show is being recorded the doors will close at least 10mins before the show begins - late comers will not be admitted.

WHAT DOES 'PRIORITY PASS' MEAN?
Our priority seating area is reserved for our sponsors, celebrity guests and friends or relatives of the young people appearing on the show. Our team will supply these guests with tickets/etickets with Priority Pass clearly stated. They are asked to go straight to the front of the audience queue to announce their arrival to the Mini Mogul Audience Manager who will be located at the entrance.

Please note: Priority Pass ticket holders will appear on the Audience Manager's guests list and must announce their arrival. 'Priority Pass' ticket holders must strictly arrive no later than 10 minutes before the 'door opening' time as stated on the ticket. WITHOUT EXCEPTION LATE ARRIVAL WILL VOID any form of priority pass access.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHOW LAST?
This is a LIVE show and the actual time depends on a number of factors including possible re-takes of scenes or technical problems. We anticipate the show to last for approximately 2 to 3 hours. Please allow enough time for your visit to the studio. NB. Most shows that are transmitted live last the length of the broadcast plus an hour for loading and unloading.

HOW DO WE GET TO THE VENUE?
A map and travel directions will be available on the website ASAP. The venue very accessible with excellent bus links (including the 73 and 393 routes) Stoke Newington rail station serves trains from Liverpool Street Station. We recommend that you find more detailed information prior to setting off for the journey. Please be sure to allow plenty of time for traffic and parking.

IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, but you MUST notify us when booking your tickets in advance, if you, or any member of your party will be attending with a wheelchair. Please call us on 020 7923 0022 to confirm.

If you or a guest in your party requires special arrangements or assistance at the event, please contact our team at least five days prior to the show and we will be only too happy to help (e.g.; partially sighted, elderly or infirm). If prior arrangements have not been made, access to the studio may be denied.

CAN WE ARRANGE TICKETS FOR A GROUP OR YOUTH CLUB?
We can accept advance booking for groups. Parties of six people or more will be asked to fax or email over a list of confirmed names no less than seven days prior to the event date.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE & IS IT FREE?
Unfortunately there is no dedicated parking area at Stoke Newington Town Hall and parking in the surrounding area is limited. We strongly recommend using public transport. However, disabled parking spaces are provided on the venue grounds. Please ensure that you contact the Mini Mogul Team to reserve a disabled parking space.
If you do decide to drive to the event, please be sure to read the signs for parking restrictions (if any). If you choose to park in a public car park, you will be responsible for the parking fee.

IS FOOD & DRINK AVAILABLE AT THE STUDIO?
There may be some snacks available to purchase on the day. However, we suggest that you plan on eating before you come to the event.
